A unique private beach home project was also launched in Surfside called the Surf Row Residences. Downtown’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences made history by being Miami’s first supertall to break ground. We had two ultra-luxury projects launch sales - The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six & the Edition Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach.
